Could you provide more details on your issue? Do you have a system restore to repair system? Maybe some program should be reinstalled.Ivan-Liu TechNet Community Support

The only thing i am able think of that is causing my problems is when i had manually uninstall X-plane 9. X-plane 9 says that there is no uninstaller, and says that i have to just delete the file. after i did that i started have issues with my gadgets (slow and/or non-responsive) : I had found Xplane.exe in the registery after deleting the file suggested in the screenshot and deleted the X-plane.exe and what ever else i could find that was corrisponding to X-plane. this is the only thing i can think of that might have been the problem. I do not have a system restore point until right after this described issue. after all that i still have slow or Non-responsive gadgets. I am not sure what the causing mechanism is, I have not done much with the system until yesterday and decided to install some software dealing with my Microsoft hardware (wireless keyboard and mouse) and a joystick i had no problem installing those. I installed a roxio player and than uninstalled that the uninstaller toke awhile to uninstall but it uninstalled it. After the issue of non-responsive gadgets i had also unistalled System monitor II when i had searched some of the web pages (forums and microsoft sites) i noticed that there was supposed to be a value of %1 Etc.
