We deployed a Windows 2007 PC yesterday in our mixed 2003/2008 active directory schema. Only the Windows 2007 PC is getting the below error.
It happens several times a minute. The service is set to "Local Service" and Start and Stop are greyed out.
How do I fix this issue?

Hi,
Based on my research for the issue, i found a very similar case like yours. The solution is to run a gpupdate /force after you have made the change on the GPO.
