Event ID 1014 Source DNS Client Events
I got the below warning in the Windows 7 professional Event Viewer System Log : Does anyone has idea on this:
Event ID: 1014
Source : DNS Client Events
Description: Name resolution for the name
www.download.windowsupdate.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

Hello,
please use your ISP DNS server as primary DNS server and check if this solve the problem.
If not, please contact your ISP Technical Support to report that.

Bsides the ISP DNS server, is it related to any Windows 7 setting that willl have this event?
Please advise.

I think It's related with the DNS server.
Also temporarily turn off the firewall and anti-virus software to check if the warnning happen again.

I try the above method and still have warning, any other suggestion can turn off this warning?

Is it related to Windows 7 which try to resolve the DNS name of the external website?

I believe this is a temporary issue at your ISP end. Try to connect this computer to another internet connection (I mean, another ISP if possible) and see if the problem persists, just in case. Also, try
ipconfig /renew from the command prompt and see if the message still appears. Hope it helps!
