When ever I try to open my external hard drive I get this error that windows explorer needs to shut down. I can't access anything on my hard drives. I have searched, but have not found an answer for my specific error codes. I tried installing XP service pack 3, but it helped nothing. Has anyone out there experienced this problem and if so, how did you fix it?1 person needs an answerI do too
