What the new inernet explorer 8 beta is not with windows 7 yet? Thanks

on my windows 7 beta i have internet explorer 8 beta were there when i installed this

did you upgrade or fresh install?jf

fresh install i wanted to save vista on dualboot so i can use it to play games when i want to
