Hi 1804, you said.. explorer 9 and adobe flash player stoped working so i looked it up and said to run some test in the test the wintrust.dll came up with error code 0x80070005 then went on with test and said initpki.dll, Before rushing out and replacing your computer. What version of Adobe Flash do you have. version 11.0.1.60 (beta 1) is the latest available. If you exit IE and retry what you were doing does it work then?? Perhaps you need to reboot.. Perhaps there's a conflict in softwares running. There's lot's of possibilities. Have you checked Windows Update for any updates that could be related to this.. 8-) Don't assume the worst first. pkn2011

Hi, When you say Explorer 9 do you mean Internet explorer 9? If so, as the dll files are part of Cryptographic Services, we can ran the Windows Update reset fix it tool which also fix the service at the same time: STEP1: Open “Internet Explorer”. STEP2: Got to the webpage http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058 STEP3: Click on “Fix-it” and then click on “Run”. STEP4: Follow the screen instructions to complete the process. STEP5: Restart the computer once the process is finished.
