Extended monitor from laptop doesn't default laptop when undocked
I have my HP 8530 docked on an HP docking station which has an external monitor connected to it. I extended my desktop between the 2 and made the external monitor the primary display. When i un-dock the laptop it does not auto change this and make the laptop screen the default again so all i can see is the extended portion of the laptop. Is this a feature or a glitch? i sure hope a glitch.Service Delivery Specialist

It sounds like a glitch to me, but something that will likely be fixed as drivers are updated and Windows 7 is finalized.
