Hi, I am unable to remote desktop into a remote machine despite being able to ping to it I'm using Window 7 Professional on a Dell Vostro 230 Machine, 32-bit operating system. The error message I receive: "This computer can't connect to the remote computer. The connection was lost due to a network error. Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact your network administrator or technical support."
