Failed to connect to a windows service. Could not connect to the Group Policy Client service...
Upon start up on an HP Folio 13 Win 7x64 getting message stating: " Failed to connect to a windows service. Windows could not connect to the Group Policy Client service. This problem prevents standard users from logging on to the system. As an administrative
user, you can review the System Event Log for details about why the service didn't respond." It is networked using a work domain. I get the same message logging on with any network account. So I don't see how it could be a corrupt user profile. Even though
I get this message I can still access our network. I would just like to know what is causing this message to appear and how to get rid of it.

Hi,
As the error message said You can review the System Event Log for details about why the service didn't respond. I would like suggest you check the Event Viewer for further
information.Spencer
