I have the same exact problem (LEAP Authenication) on a Dell Latitude D610. Default Vista Broadcom drivers allow 802.1x and PEAP authenication but not LEAP... what gives?? Does anyone know a work around until this bug is fixed. This is a common Cisco protocol, I can't believe microsoft missed adding this to it's RC1 release....
