MyVista Ultimate computer is connected to a Windows XP network. I can access everything fine but if I try to modify a file on the server or change a file name it tells me "The file doesn't exist" and prompts me to create a new one but then won't save anything. I can't change a file and save it to the network drive, but I can copy the file to my local machine make my changes and then copy the file to the network drive and replace the file that is there. I can delete any file and copy any new file to the drive, I just can't modify a file on the network drive. It is driving me crazy and I can't figure out how to fix it. All the permissions seem to be set correctly. Please help if you have any ideas!
