Hi, Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet Forum. Could you give us more information about this issue? Was there any error messages? Please go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Sync Center\Conflicts to check if there is any useful information. Due to VPN is slow-link mode, you could try the following steps to check the result: 1. Open Group Policy Editor. 2. Navigate to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\Offline Files\ 3. Enable Configure slow-link mode. Hope it helps. Alex Zhao TechNet Subscriber Support in forum.
