Files not deleting from Recycle Bin in Windows XP.
Original title: recycle bin.Hi, after I empty my recycle bin items that I previously deleted reappear in the recycle bin, Why does that happen?

Do you have any third party software that might protect the Recycle Bin, like Symantec for example?John
