Firewall OFF on startup
On startup, comp displays error message "Due to an unidentified problem, Windows cannot display Windows Firewall settings"Occassionally, on startup Firewall shows as OFF, and going to the Security Center, we get the above error message.Any ideas as to what causes this and what to do about it?ThxDaveWinXP SP3 and MSE, all updates current1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi,· Since when are you facing this issue?· Do you remember making any changes to the system?· Do you use any third party firewall on the system? If you are using any third party firewall on the system, it might be that this is conflicting with the windows firewall. I would suggest you to disable the firewall on the system and check whether the issue is resolved.
