Hi I have configured the firewall as per the instructions 'To enable ICMP Echo Request for ICMPv4 and ICMPv6' on TechNet. This is for a game. The game runs normally and pings are OK when I disable Windows Firewall, but no configuration I have tried allow the game to get pings. Basically, I set 2 Incoming rules. 1 for ICMPv4 and 1 for ICMPv6. Each set for Echo Request, Allowed, Private, Any for all other settings. Both have the full program path. Have tried a whole bunch of variations, but none work. Is it so hard to set up the Firewall to allow pings?Any pointers to assist would be appreciated,
