Thank you for your responses.The sp1a express is not the full service pack. No clear reason why it exists.Another thread clarified that sp1 is no longer available. So, get SP2 instead.RE BING:I was using the MS download BING search. I got lots of office service pack info. So, I added "-office" to the search string. BING ignored it. Typical. Must use the same search engine that is used in w7.Bing is pretty bad. No date filter. Really stupid that.Anyway, ThanksJ
