Full filepath in Windows Explorer

How do I show the full filepath in Windows Explorer.
Currently I see This PC > Documents
What I would like to see is C:\Users\{username}\Documents
Ive searched Windows help and Google. People seem to be saying this cannot be done, but nothing ive read says theyve asked the question here.
Can this be done in Windows 8.1 ?

Many thanks for readibg this post and hopefully providing a positive outcome.

That IS the full path because you are in a special folder. The option to show the full path hasn't changed for years. Just tick the box for it in Folder options.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the response.

Aha. Ive actually just found how I have achieved this in the past.
Must have been having a senior moment.
Simply click the mouse to the far right in the address bar.

Voila.

This PC > Documents <--R-click here

Becomes

C:\Users\{username}\Documents

Don't forget that there can be documents in c:\users\public\documents

Hello barney.bloggs,

The Documents is a library, it is not one single folder.
Please take a look at the following screenshot.
