According to my experience, the advertisement software could be included in specific program.
We could try to perform a clean boot to have a troubleshoot.

If the advertisement disappeared in clean boot, we could enable the service one by one to find out the culprit. Then we can uninstall this software completely.
We also could use the Autorun tool to check for the suspicious autorun program.

As for the antivirus software, we could try the official antivirus software, it is offered for free. To improve the scanning quality, it is recommended to run it in safe mode.
