Great job, Windows 7 team! The RC is looking really good. Performance is outstanding so far. On my hardware it's quicker than Vista and is using less resources performing the same tasks. One of the fastest pre-RTM versions I've seen in years...Good job!

I totally agree with.Since I installed Win7 RC I barely hear the fan spining, the battery of my laptop last almost 1hr more than in Vista, I can run more programs simultaneosly.The only thing I dont like, and I think is a problem with IE8 (not with Windows 7 really) is that it does not work good with Gmail and some other sites

I like the overall look and feel of the RC, however I have to agree with a lot of people out there that this really is nothing more than a Vista SP. There is nothing in this to warrant me paying 130 minimum for an OEM copy to upgrade or do a clean install from once it is released for sale.
