HOW TO Unlock BitLoker via CMD
manage-bde -unlock e: -rp 'mypassword'
error is : The password failed to unlock volume E:.
but same password is work via GUI

Open an elevated cmd prompt
Type manage-bde F: -status and look under "Key Protectors" to ensure that "Password" appears.
Type manage-bde F: -unlock -pw and type your password to unlock the drive.
If this fails, I suggest trying to unlock the drive on another machine in case the hardware problem is on your first computer. The computer will need to have Win7 installed. Alternatively, you can create a bootable WinRE (not WinPE) DVD, which will also allow
you to manage BitLocker and attempt to unlock the drive. Instructions for this are here here.

manage-bde F: -unlock -pw
this is work for local-pc
but i am run another pc via cmd using PsExec.exe
then i got the error
ERROR: An error occurred (code 0x80070006):
The handle is invalid.

Hi,
You should type the recovery password not the password.
For example:
manage-bde unlock E: -recoverypassword 111111-222222-333333-444444-555555-666666-777777-888888Tracy Cai
