Hi I have IP Lync Phones and I have Customer from Differet Domains @"internal.com";@"Customer1.com";"@Customer2.com"... domain Useres is created in same AD but diffrent domains. User outside can from Lync Klient logon external without any problem and using there Email Address and domain password.

I have Used dhcputil to set up DHCP and now the phone can logon using USB to Pc/lync klient or number and pin code on internal.com domain, but not at customer1.com domain ....

I do not have customer1.com in lync fe internal ssl - but I do not get certificat error but error user cannot logon try Again domain\user..

What is wrong there.

All desktop client is running outsite and internal with diffrent domains(username@customer1.com and username@customer2.com).

Hi,

there's a known issue with Lync Phone editions registering when the Server platform upgraded to CU7 or later. Refer to the below blog from Jeff explaining how to remedy the situation

If you also use internal.com, customer1.com and customer2.com as your SIP domain, you need to create a SRV record and A record in each SIP domain zone in internal DNS server.

HI Its works

I Created a new internal DNS domain
I configured all Lync internal DNS record and SRV(5061) and _udp NTP server
Created DNS LIST 119

Used dhcputil to config sip and lync in DNS

Create a New internal SSL ROOT to new sip domain and ucupdates-r2.domain and ucupdates-r2 and lync.newdomain.xxx

I cannot have both Domain in DHCP at the same time. Diffrent scope or swith setup using DHCPUTIL

HI, I have installed aastra 6725i internal and after setting dns/dhcp and internal web sip."domain" and lync"domain" to internal Lyncweb interface Phone is connection internal, but from outsite should I also add sip"newdomain" til lyncexternal ssl on FE ?
