HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917)
When clicking on a link (or even copying and pasting the link in the search bar) I get a blank page which states "done" at the bottom. This happens both in AOL and Internet Explorer. I am able to access this on a different computer. This just started yesterday; prior to that I was able to access with no problems. What settings to I need to change? Here is the error message in IE: HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917)1 person needs an answerI do too

Did you read the KB article mentioned in the error? Why do I receive an "Operation aborted" error message when I visit a Web page in Internet Explorer?Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]------------------------------If a reply helps, please vote it as helpful. Hi Brian, Thank you for responding. I am already running IE 8; the problem seems to be with Java Script. When I disable Active Scripting (or prompt Active Scripting), I am able to click on the link and the problem is resolved. However, in order to access other web sites, I then need to enable Active Script or I cannot navigate to the other sites. This problem has just developed as everything was completely normal until yesterday afternoon, and seems to be only with this particular computer as everything is normal when using another computer. Appreciate your response and if there is another solution, it would be greatly appreciated.
