HTTP-problems with Vista
Hi, I'm using Vista Buisiness 32-bit. Sometimes, about once a day, all my HTTP-traffic stops working. All the other network traffic, Miranda, ping, torrents etc work, but not HTTP. If I restart the computer it all works again. I can't find a pattern, it happens both when I'm not at the computer and when I'm using it. I have no idea what to do. I've tried resetting the network adapter, renewing my IP-address, restarting the WinHTTP-service. Nothing seems to work. I can't find anything in the event viewer either. Does anyone have any idea what to do to either solve the problem or continue the debugging next time it happens? Since it's just HTTP and no other protocols that seem to be affected I don't think it has anything to do with the hardware, but I post some of the specs anyway for completeness: Motherboard: Asus P4C800-E Deluxe NIC: Intel, built into the 875P chipset CPU: P4 3.0 GHz RAM: 3 GB Internet access: Ethernet directly to the computer, no router. DHCP-assigned "permanent" IP address (gives the same address everytime). Thanks in advance Anders
