Hands are tied

The computer was working fine.  I turned it off for an hour.  Now it wont go past the initial opening screen.  Computer will not even start bios or allow the mouse and keyboard (cordless) to start up.

Tried my original Win 8 disk and computer seems to not acknowledge anything.  Plugged the wireless keyboard/mouse controller into another computer and it lights right up so it is not the equipment.

Possible that a download (in background) created some sort of problem.  I have no idea what I can do next besides throw it against the wall and that doesn't seem productive.  :)  HELP

If you're not able to BIOS screen as well, it could be a hardware fault.

Please get your system checked from hardware technician.

the best way to troubleshoot this issue is doing hardware troubleshooting, since you not able to boot or see any Windows logo (I assumed)

light indicator at your PC or laptop will give you information about what happen to your PC

I suggest contact PC manufactured and ask them to guide you to troubleshoot from HW issue or you can check at document in your PC manufactured site regarding how to troubleshoot "cant boot" issue
