windows work very slow and take so much while start any program ??

then will go to shutdown ??

Try create a bootable scan with Windows Defender Offline and boot into your PC and run a full system scan:

is there any changes before this issue happen?

did you try system restore using restore point?

try to check at safe mode, if issue still persist try to perform this basic TS regarding PC slow
