You haven't provided much information on what actually happened. Reboot your PC and run a full update again. If you buy three cars and the same wheel falls off all three, do you contact the person who sold you the cars or the person who made them?

Hi, To check the updates which have been installed, please perform the following steps 1. Click the Start button, type “Update” without equations in the search box, and then, in the list of results, click Windows Update. 2. In the left pane, click View update history. Regarding the issue, I also suspect that there are some conflicts during updating. This will lead to unexpected issues. At this time, please go back to the status which the issue didn’t occur with System Restore and try reinstalling the updates in Clean Boot environment and see how it works. For more information, please also refer to: System Restore: frequently asked questions How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7 Hope this helps.
