Start button & key not working on my laptop can you help? Please?

you need to provide more information
this issue maybe persist if you installed application but didn't restart, try to restart PC. Also try to reinstall your graphic card to test
If this is new installed PC, try to perform
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
