Help: Blue Screen Reboot
All of a suddent my HP Laptop reboots when it is not in use: Here's the error: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 1000009f BCP1: 0000000000000004 BCP2: 0000000000000258 BCP3: FFFFFA8003CF5B60 BCP4: FFFFF80000B9C4D0 OS Version: 6_1_7600 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 256_1My only thinking is a problem I experienced with errors on the driver for the Western Digital 1TB External MyBook.

Hello,I surmised that blue screen occur when the computer go into sleep mode or wake up from sleep mode.This behavior may occur if one of the following factors is true: 1. Certain device is not comaptible with the motherboard. 2. Display card issue. Disable sleep mode and see if the issue persists:1. Click start button, type in "power options" (without quote) and then press enter.2. In your current power plans, click "Change plan settings".3. In "Put the computer to sleep" section, set the value to "Nerver". Thomas77
