Help !!APC_INDEX_MISMATCH Problem!
I have this problem for a long time.Especially when I start up the computer,it always crash when I open Windows Live Messenger at the same time. No memory errors were found using memtest86+. What can I do next?

Hi, First, I suggest that you may take following steps to prevent an error like this from happening again: 1. Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update. 2. Scan your computer for computer viruses. 3. Check your hard disk for errors. I checked the dump file and get the same result as Mr.X. If the issue problem still occurs after you following the suggestion above. Please also refer the following to troubleshooting: I find you use 3G RAM via Dual Channel, I suggest try to plug off one of RAM and check this problem. If the issue persists, replace the RAM to the other one. Since I suspect that this problem is caused by the hardware. Please understand, to solid troubleshoot this kind of kernel crash issue, we need to debug the crashed system dump and analyze the related source code if needed. Debugging is beyond what we can do in the forum.
