Hi There,After updating Windows and also Internet Explorer 8 on my old XP - Home Edition, I found that 'Help and Support' doesn't make an appearance after clicking from the start menu. Thankyou, And Happy Coming New Year.Correction : After a few hours this appear, "Help and Support Error".Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running. To fix the problem start the service named Help and SupportCorrection 2: Start and Run 'Services.msc' to enable ti didn't help either.
