Hello So I've been having problems with my computer: first of all my computer is a 32 bit Operating Samsung netbook with, initialy, windows 7 starter. Then recently I did normal updates but instead Windows asked me to shut down my computer, so I did. As I restarted my computer, I realised that it changed from windows 7 starter to windows 7 professional. I thought that that was great but as I loged in I had lost EVERYTHING (my docs, pictures, music and most importantly my video editing stuff). and on top of that my networking hardrive was undetected. Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks 74unknown

Hi, Firstly, please check whether you have installed other programs or something? Which update has been installed? Generally, the system edition will not change if you just install an update.
