Help me understand Event Log message
Hi. Can someone please help me understand what the following Event Log message told me was happening. I went to the XP help link at the end of the message, but I couldn't relate what it said to what I was seeing. I was logged on as an administrator at the time of the message. I would like for someone who really understands what was going on to interpret it for me in real simple terms. Is this message something that everyone gets from time to time? I experienced a system slowdown starting at about 1:15. Was it possibly related, or just a coincidence? Thanks. Here's the message:Event Type: Success AuditEvent Source: SecurityEvent Category: Privilege Use Event ID: 576Date: 8/16/2010Time: 1:15:20 PMUser: NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICEComputer: SHELQUIS2Description:Special privileges assigned to new logon: User Name: NETWORK SERVICE Domain: NT AUTHORITY Logon ID: (0x0,0x3E4) Privileges: SeAuditPrivilege SeAssignPrimaryTokenPrivilege SeChangeNotifyPrivilege For more information, see Help and Support Center athttp://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.1 person needs an answerI do too
