Beware of these "Clean All" utilities! Many will show false positives to entice users to purchase the utility to clean it up, and many perform services the user doesn't want or need, without user permissions. Others simply bundle many Freely available utilities into one package and then sell it to you. They are famous for showing users a list of items that "should" be cleaned (registry items, files..etc) but do not provide enough info to the uninformed user that help them to make such decisions. Registry cleaning should NEVER be done unless you know exactly what it is you're doing, personally I do not recommend reg cleaners (as do many security pro's) because most users have no idea what it's recommending to delete and it's not uncommon to have vital keys listed by them. Plus, they don't do diddly really...the reg is a few MB's in size, loads in a split second (how much faster would it load with a few less keys??), and orphaned keys are simply ignored since nothing is trying to access it anymore, so really what use are they. They're a smoke & mirror show used to make $$$ from less advanced users. This is what one security review said about this one you use
Advanced SystemCare does not live up to its name and could, if used incautiously, cause more problems than it would fix. The automatic tasks that it performs are unacceptable because the program does not request permission from the user. The poor startup performance of the system is another point to note and to the program's suggestion that NOD32, WinPatrol and Outpost processes are questionable is another unacceptable aspect of Advanced SystemCare. Users who want this kind of system utlility would be well advised to look elsewhere Read more: http://www.brighthub.com/computing/smb-security/reviews/30034.aspx?p=2#ixzz0cAOiECSd
You have allot of "File missing" entries, and some are system files (on cursory inspection), this can be caused by registry/system cleaners. I don't see any glaring security problem in your log, but the file missing O23 entries are disturbing because they're system files. lsass.exe = Local Security Authority Process(MS system File) alg.exe = Application Layer Gateway service - Important system file and many more May I suggest you take this log to www.BleepingComputer.com and post in their HJT Log forum. One of the foremost security forums in the world with many dedicated HJT specialists, they'll steer you right. A lot of time programs like Advanced System Care will report aspects of your system as errors that really do no harm to your computer. A program like Windows Live OneCare (which is free) will generally catch any viruses or malware on your computer. Computer is running slow plus Advance System Care has indicated the presence of hijacked items.
