Hi,Please run the command: ipconfig /all to display the network configuration, if your network card supports IPv6, there will be IPv6 address listed which indicates IPv6 is enabled. If it is listed, let'smodify the relevant registry toenable IPv6.Modify registry value==============Note: it is highly recommended to backup your registry settings before modifying.1)Click Start, type regedit in Search Bar, and then click regedit in the Programs list. Note: If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click Continue. 2)Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\TCPIP6\Parameters 3)Check whether the "DisabledComponents" registry key exists. If so, let's move on the next steps.4)Double click the "DisabledComponents" registry key and modify the value to 0. Note: If the key doesn't exist, please create the key above and assign the value 0. 5). Exit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.Otherwise, let's go to the network adapter toinstall IPv6, please refer to the following steps:To install IPv6=========1)In Control Panel, double-click Network and Sharing Center.2)Click Change adapter settings.3)Right-click any local area connection, and then click Properties.4)Click Install.5)In the Select Network Component Type dialog box, click Protocol, and then click Add.6) In the Select Network Protocol dialog box, click Microsoft TCP/IP version 6, and then click OK.7)Click Close to save changes to your network connection.BTW, please refer to the following similar issues:HomeGroup get an error of must have IPv6 enabledEnable IPv6Best RegardsDale
