Homegroup Libraries made up of folders on multiple hard disks
I'm hitting a snag in my homegroup, and after prolific searching I am no closer to an answer. I am running two x64 systems, one a 7 Pro desktop and one a 7 HP laptop. Both are successfully joined to the homegroup and can access each others libraries. The problem comes here: the libraries on my Pro system are made up of files from three different hard drives. When trying to access my desktop libraries from my laptop, only files from the C drive are shown as being included in the library (ie Library includes 1 location when it actually includes two or three). I have all libraries and printers set to share in the homegroup settings. I have public folder sharing on. I have password protected sharing off. I set up sharing on all drives. I have taken ownership of every applicable folder. What do I do to be able to access all drives in my homegroup?

Hi, I suggest you right click “Libraries” in the left panel, select “New” and click “New Library” option. Right click “New Library” option and click Properties, and then include a folder which you would like to add. Thanks, Novak
