- You might not be connected to a network, or you might not be connected to the right network.
- "Find devices and content" might be turned off.
- Date and time might be incorrect.
- Two or more PCs on the network might have the same name.
- The other PCs in your homegroup might not be in the home, might have left the homegroup, or might be turned off, sleeping, or hibernating.
- Network discovery might be turned off.
- Your system administrator might have turned off HomeGroup.
- One or more required services might not be running.
- IPv6 might be disabled.
- The peer networking idstore.sst file might be damaged.
- Your PC already belongs to a homegroup.
- Other unknown problems.

I get an error saying that the problem is network related.
This is as far as I can get with the troubleshooter. Everything else that MS gives as a possible fix is useless and completely incorrect..... as usual.
P.S. How can I get my account verified so I can post a screenshot?

don't just rely on troubleshooter
did you run all those troubleshooting that link provided?
you can use other upload site to upload your pic and share the link here

I get an error saying that the problem is network related.
