The only things I can find on duplicating files is how to remove them. What I can't figure out is how to make them!
For example, I want to make an identical duplicate of my Contacts folder and all its contents to put onto another computer. I also want it to stay where it is.
If I use drop box, it removes it from the original computer, which is not what I want.
With a text file I was able to just select all, copy, then open a new file and paste it all in, thus creating a duplicate. On a mac, you always get a choice to duplicate, anything, whatever you have selected. There *must* be something equivalent on a PC, mustn't there?
With regards to simply duplicating any single file, is there an easier way that the way I described above?
