I always wondered why general email web accounts don't carry full encryption like our work email accounts carry?Nothing beats a hard copy1 person got this answerI do too

Due to performance, in web accounts encryption will reduce performance a lot. However, it doesn't mean you are not encrypted, your email messages and informations would be encrypted but webmail image(NOT attachments) and other template which are not important remain unencrypted. In your company account everything will encrypted.
