How do I increase the capacity of a single HDD that has been partitioned?
I got my pc used from family and the single HDD is partitioned. C drive has 14GB of space and is maxed out. There is also an extended partition H that is 93GB and has plenty of space. How can I increase the size of the C drive or just combine H extended partition into the C drive primary partition and elininate the extended partition? I got this pc in this config and have no idea why it was done like this.1 person needs an answerI do too

You can use the partition manager program by downloading it from the link below. You will need to resize drive H first to a minimum of 8mb. You will then resize drive C to the desired size. When setting the size to change the drive to the program works in megabytes. Remember there are 1024mb in a gigabyte. A calculator would certainly come in handy for me on a project like this.. http://download.cnet.com/Easeus-Partition-Master-Home-Edition/3000-2248_4-10863346.html Regards, Joel Sometimes deciding which battle to fight is the toughest battle of all..
