This Microsoft TV/Video Connection is using 30% of my internet connection all the time, it never stops. I removed it once before, but I don't remember how i did it. But yesterday it somehow got back on my computer. I haven't installed or downloaded anything for around three months. I tried to disable it, but it says it can't be disabled because its being used by another program or person. Can someone please help me and tell me how to remove this connection. The only way i can find out how to stop it it disconnect my modem, but then i can't get on line. Thank you for your time and help.5 people need an answerI do too
