Hey my sister some how made all the admin accounts standard users and so no i cant download anything or even try to change the password or restore it.i tried a couple of methods like the cmd one but it just say acess denied.Please help me if you can!

Hello, Could you ask your sister friendly to login into her account Then let her change the accounts rights or do it yourselve just make sure you can type the correct password when prompted for it Open User Accounts by clicking the Start button then go to Control Panel, then choose User Accounts and Family Safety, Choose User Accounts, and then Manage another account. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
