My windows 8 pc wont start up and i cant get it in to safe mode. how can i get a command up when the computer wont start? Please can someone help me.  thanks ever so much for your help.

The main issue is that the machine won`t boot, right?

We could try to boot from an installation media and choose the "Repair" option to have a fix.

We could make an installation media here.
