Hi,

   I am a newbie to this Lync. I want to integrate our SIP server with Lync. For example if I get a call in my SIP server it should route the call to any available Lync agent. How can I achieve it?

What i have done as of now is , I used the Microsoft Lync sdk 2013 and used the lync classes to create a conversation window to other party. However I need a Lync client to call to another Lync client. I want to show a ringing pop up in the Lync client with out another Lync client. What I mean is if I get a call to my SIP server the corresponding Lync client should get the call.

I have configured same extension number for both endpoints. Can anyone help me with this.

I have installed and added my SIPserver's FQDN as a PSTN Gateway FQDN.
