Hi Nukenin16,
Why do you want to delete the two files?
The two files seems to be developed by Lavasoft Limited, please check whether there is a program developed by this company.
Deleting the dll files directly may result in the corruption of the specific software. We could uninstall the software directly if we don`t want to use them anymore.
Best regards

As noted by ZigZag and MeipoXu, these two files are normally associated with a company named Lavasoft which makes applications such as Ad-Aware (6 different versions), PC Tuneup, and Data Security. Are you using any of these applications? If you are, they
should be removable by uninstalling the Lavasoft application from Programs and Features as suggested previously.
If not, then these files may possibly be associated with malware/spyware. You should run a malware/spyware scan with a program from Microsofts Malware Protection Center or Windows Defender Offline.
Before running any malware/spyware removal application, you should do a clean boot of the computer.
