How to force logged off a locked workstation?
I'm in a enterprise environment with all the systems joined to a domain. "fast user switching" is disabled by default using GPO and the system are set to lock after 15 minutes. Previously in Win XP, if a user forgets to logged off, on a shared machine or his own machine, we can get the helpdesk to force logged off, but not on Win 7 SP1 now. The only options we currently have now is to hold the power button in to force shut down the system. We need to be able to unlock (force logoff) a workstation, like we did with Windows XP. If there's anything that i can do?

Pstools that works for me, but you may need to enable "Windows Firewall: Allow remote administration exception." http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc738900(v=ws.10).aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897541
