How to set theme for new administators over cmd
Hi,
you can set themes by Using Command Prompt :
Example i set the Classic Theme For Windows 7:
Start --> in Search Box type -> CMD --> Run As Administrator -->
rundll32.exe %SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL %SystemRoot%\system32\desk.cpl desk,@Themes /Action:OpenTheme /file:"C:\Windows\Resources\Ease of Access Themes\classic.theme"
hope it will be the answer you want

hello,
we use a batch-script to add and remove administrators from remote workstations.
We would like to assign a specific theme for the administrator with a cmd command.
Also, since creating a user does not create the profile, how can we put the command in the right place - the first logon.
thx,
hugo

thx for the answer,
how can we set a default profile for the administrators group?
The first time the admin logs in, they get this lousy default theme. Even saving the theme mentioned does not save all preferences, e.g. desktop icons, what items on the menu should be accessible and so on.
How can we solve this problem?

Hi ,
To add an User to a group can be achieved by Command Net group. If you need to do this a bunch, I think to utilize a script is better.
Furthermore, for script question, please post your thread at script
forum.
The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge

Hi ,
For question about how to deploy the user profile in the domain environment, it is recommended to post a new question in the
Server forums for further discussion.
