Hi All,

i'm trying to install Hyper-V feature on my work laptop but i have problems.

When i launch Hyper-V platform installation, system show me there it has to download from windows update some data.

After that it looks for those file and then raise error. I'm a bit frustrated about this, any ideas?

Upload the folder C:\Windows\Logs\CBS  to your OneDrive so that it can be analyzed.

I cannot install Hyper-V, i got errors when programs and features tries to download contents.

Like you asked here's the one drive shared folder with the CBS folder ;)

Did you get any error message?Please let us know the error.

Also,check the event viewer to see if some error log appeared when the issue occurred.

I would like to know your CPU model.

In addition,try using the following command to repair your system.

1.Open an elevated command prompt: press Win+X, then click Command Prompt(Admin),and press Enter.

2.At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
