Is FIMSync supported using Hyper-V replication?

If so what are the configuration issues?

i.e. low DNS TTL for the newly Hyper-V injected and DNS updated fqdn?

i.e MIIS activate is not required because FIMSync is an image not a standby?

Yes FIM Sync supports Hyper-V replication.

MIIS Activate is not required it is not a standby it is the same machine just gets spun up on a different host.
