I'm having problems opening programs on my desktop and when i try to i keep clicking on them i keep getting the box saying "open with" what do i need 2 do thanks ..
and also when i i try to open files in control panel i get the system32 rundll error message do i have a registry problem or a virus problem1 person needs an answerI do too

Run Doug Knox's .exe fix (which is not an .exe file so you can run it) and then thoroughly scan for malware.
