I'm having problems with my webcam
Recently I did the usual little updates. Earlier my Hercules Deluxe Optical Glass webcam worked perfectly fine, the next day (did the updates before going to bed) my computer/Windows did not sense the webcam existing in the USB port. I have tried: Restarting Other ports (5 all together) Making sure ports were working Uninstalled drivers/Tried to reinstall drivers (can't complete re installation since it is not picking up that it is there) Other information: Webcam maker: Hercules Model: Deluxe Optical Glass Computer: MS Windows7 Ultimate 64-bit AMD Athlon 64x2Dual Core Processor 5000+ 3.0GB RAM ATI Radeon HD3400 Series I'm pretty sure that is all the information I can give. Thanks for your time to who ever replys :D

I had similar problems with my Creative PD 1001 webcam. The media CD installation did not work. I put the CD in the CDRom and then went to Devise Manager and there I asked that drivers for the webcam be located ind installed, Bingo, in two minutes my webcam was installed and working. My system is a Dell desk 280 top, 3 G processor, 4 Gb DDR II and 160 GB HD. Cheers, Farid
